Since 1994, Julia and her husband have been remodeling and selling homes; this was a great way for Julia to put her love for design to good use. For years, she referred clients to real estate agent friends before deciding in 2016 to get her license herself! Within the first month of obtaining her license, Julia sold her first home. 

Today, Julia is a successful San Diego real estate agent serving communities like Encinitas, Cardiff, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and Carlsbad. In 2020, she received the Circle of Excellence Reward given to the top 5% of real estate producers in the county. She works with both sellers and buyers, helping everyone from first-time homebuyers to market-savvy repeat sellers. A communication pro, Julia can get along well with anyone and stays in touch with clients every step of the way. 

Julia grew up in a Navy family as one of five children, based mainly in San Diego. She knows coastal California well, spending her days soaking up the sunshine, enjoying the area’s fabulous Mexican food, and barbecuing with friends. When she’s not at the office, Julia loves to travel, golf, and play pickleball; she is also actively involved in supporting the Be Like You organization that helps build kids’ confidence while speaking out about bullying. She often works with her husband, who also has his real estate license; they share two grown children and three beloved pets, a dog and two cats.
