From the beginning, Julia had a plan to market what she saw as our home’s unique selling points. We followed her suggestions to the letter, getting ready for an open house a month away. To generate early interest, she advertised our home as “coming soon” and pitched it to industry professionals in their weekly meetings. Meanwhile, Julia was watching housing market trends. She had prepared us for listing it conservatively to attract the greatest interest in the current level market. However, over a period of weeks, the market turned in our favor. Rather than take a quick sale at a lower price, Julia convinced us to raise the asking price, putting us on par with many nearby properties located closest to the beach. Once I purchased the home Julia was instrumental in coordinating and recommending contractors to the property to the condition I wanted before I made the move to San Diego. The contractors she recommended were fairly priced, responsible, and did great work. One big surprise I learned about her in my dealing which was a great added benefit was Julia's knack for design. She can design the hell out of the interior and exterior of a home. She is one of those people who are blessed with the gift of design and love it. I highly recommend Julia.
